For the first time, builders have a resource that can be truly called a 'One Stop Shop'. Whether it be Home Owners Warranty, General Insurances or building advice, ABS is here to support its members.

ABS has already established a reputation for its ability in being able to provide Home Owners Warranty even in the most difficult cases. What we now provide is the additional support structure that builders have long been waiting for. Whether it is, a difficult client, technical problems on site or contractual issues, ABS has the technical expertise to help the builder through.

The latest addition to our services is the provision of information evenings in order for builders to gain their CPD points. Well organised and professionally developed presentations, these are offered to our members on a regular basis ensures that not only is the builder kept up to date with industry movements but enables them to fulfill their CPD commitments.

Construction Works Insurance � Builders are required to have this in place during the construction of their project. It covers the physical loss of damage during the construction and maintenance periods of the contract. The builder has the option to take out the insurance either on a project by project basis or on an annual basis.

Public Liability Insurance covers the builder against personal injury or property damage. This is usually taken out for a specific amount of cover for a 12 month period.
