The new ABS office is now complete and many of our builders have taken the opportunity to visit us personally. We are now located in the South Western suburbs of Sydney (Bankstown).
To date we have had an overwhelming response by builders to our concept. ABS is approaching 1000 builders and we currently have a variety of constructions underway from luxury houses and additions to town houses and multi unit developments. Our builders are enjoying 'the freedom to build again' without all the restrictions that other Insurance companies require. As you are aware, ABS is committed to presenting its concept personally to the builders via our information evenings. To date, we have conducted 4 presentations in Sydney, as well as presentations in Gosford, Newcastle, Shellharbour, Wagga, Orange, Tweed Heads, Ballina and Dubbo. We are currently planning our next series of presentations in 2007 to break into Victoria, SA and WA. The great news is that ABS has confirmed its expansion program as we now have builders in Victoria and ACT. It is testament to the strength of the ABS concept and level of service that our builders come to expect.
