As part of ABS's services, we run approved 'builder presentations' for our members so that they can earn CPD points. Run on a bi-monthly basis, our presentations feature key industry speakers that are not only informative but entertaining and worthwhile.

BUILDER MEDIATION PROGRAM

Whist we all hope that things run smoothly between builders and their clients, more often than not, disputes do occur. As a service to our members, ABS offers a mediation service that is designed to 'head off' impending legal proceedings.

Often time there is a misunderstanding between the parties that our experienced team can sort out quickly and efficiently.
