This Insurance is purely for the benefit of the purchaser and is attached to the contracts for sale.

We will arrange for one of our qualified inspectors to complete a report to meet the insurance company's requirements. We then arrange for the application forms to be completed and advise you of the HOW premium. Normally the process takes between 5 to 7 days.
